* You may return or exchange the product within two days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
* If there is an error in the order or the product is damaged, we will cover the shipping costs.
* In cases of returns for reasons not attributable to us, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
* Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged (for health and safety reasons).

* The seller is not liable for any defects or damage to the product after the specified period (two days from receipt) has elapsed, and the order is considered final and accepted after this period.
