Order Policy

In order to provide the best experience for our customers, please adhere to the following:

* The order will be processed within 3 to 6 working days from the date of confirmation.
* Make sure you enter the correct data (name, address, phone number) to avoid delays or loss of shipment.
Orders that are not confirmed or responded to within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled.
* The order cannot be modified or cancelled after it has been shipped.

📦 Order processing and delivery times:

Orders are released from the merchant only during Monday to Thursday days.
* Friday is an official holiday for the delivery company, and no orders are delivered on that day.
* Orders that are confirmed or paid for on Thursday are delivered to the courier on Monday, and are usually received by the customer on Tuesday.
* On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, no new orders are processed, but only ready orders are allowed to be delivered by couriers if available.

💳 Payment and Refund:

* If payment was made via Apple Pay and a refund is requested, only the product price and delivery cost will be refunded; any additional fees (such as electronic payment fees) are non-refundable.
* Refund processing may take up to 10 business days depending on the bank, so please check your order before payment.

🚫 Frequent Cancellation Policy:

* If an order is cancelled more than once or refused to be received without reason, we reserve the right not to accept any future orders from the same customer, or to cancel the cash on delivery option.
